A hotel building with 32 rooms, 2 fine dine restaurant, swimming pool, gym and multipurpose activity areas. Stipulated time frame of 24 month was cut short to complete project in 22 months with all aspects covered. Our scope was to complete project management services including short listing of vendors, tenders, RFQ, award of contract, monitoring work progress, quality check, bill certifying, approval from various govt. authority etc.
