A through project management of Highrise of 13 Floor with 3 tower spanned from 2010 to 2012. With ground and first part commercial and rest other floor as residential units, it was project with 150 nos. of 2 bhk units. Project is located in outskirts of Rajkot. Project comprises of landscape and amenities developement. Out scope in this project was to make feasibility report, developing and scrutizing various contractor for work, rate negotiation on behalf of client with contractors and material suppliers, measurement certifying, quality control, submission of plan for approval in govt. authority, guiding contractor for method of execution, etc.
